    In OCT 2023 I received a phone call from *********************, stating that he and his wife ********** could assist with building a digital coaching program for me to share on my website and their tv network. They had never attempted to build this program, and told me that I would be the first to have it done. I needed time to think about it. ********************* called and texted my phone several times throughout each day and said that it was urgent for me to pay the money as they needed to get started on the work right away, in order to have it completed and added to their network asap. That was never the case. They simply took the money and ran. On September 1, 2023, I paid their square invoice of $2,600. It has been over 8 months and I have yet to receive anything from them. The last time I heard from ******************************* was March 18th, when she told me that they had other important things to get done for other people. Completely disregarding the fact that I paid money before their new projects popped up this year. She did say shes sorry that it has taken them some time. No, its been over 8 months! On May 5th, I emailed and requested that my $2,600 be refunded to me along with the videos of me that were recorded. I also requested that the documents they received about my program be discarded so that all ties could be cut with them. Today is May 13th and my email has still been unanswered and I have not yet received my refund. The is a company that takes money from people, for work that they knowingly are unable and unfit to complete. Its wrong to steal hard earned money from other people, with no regard or conscience, and have the audacity to ignore them when they request a refund. I want my money, and I want it now. The next step is contact from my attorneys office.
