    Hello..I walked into latino cellular yesterday around 4:00 pm to make my southern *********************** payment for my mom .....The payment was $20.62 ...I gave the cashier ****** $100 dollar bill ....Im supposed to get $79.38 and a credible receipt by them describing the transaction ....I get $79.00 dollars no cents back and a receipt that does not match our transaction ...I explain this to the person that created this incorrect receipt ...and he refuses to give me a credible receipt that match everyother payment i have made with the other cashier ..that is the owner *****'s ...wife ..then i speak with the owner and he refuses to give me a credible receipt ..instead gives me a store receipt ..that the transaction numbers dont match...then he tried to hand write the transaction numbers in there..the original cashier refused my request to call the owner the first time and clear this up.....i have the copies of the receipts and the mistakes the owner refuses to correct....i did not make this mistake...and these people are doing some illegal stuff....why would everybody in this business refuse to correct this issue properly unless they are doing some illegal things.....

    Customer came in 9/6/2023  to do there payment for the gas company ,, they payment to the gas company was $20.62 , he pay with $100.00, he  got $79.38 change back. Are payments are direct to the companys. We do not charge a FEE .. You can see that on the reciept ... there is also a reciept number on the reciept #************** ... both receipts are legal reciepts,, one is given thru the gas company and the other reciept is given by us because we take the payment for the gas company ... we have a clover machine. We take hundreds of payments a day . The customer came in next day  on 9/7/2023 , ask me to modify the reciept of 9/6/2023 ...our systems doesn't let us modify the reciept next day ,, only on the same day because we are a direct payment system,, i explain to the custermer that but he did not understand that,, instead he was yelling. I offer to give the custermer my number so next time he come in ,, we can help him better ...he refuse . I offer to pay his bill again ,, which was going to come out of my pocket , he refuse ... iam not making comission o charging a FEE ... any questions be free to call me *************************** **** **************** ..
