    Took my car for an oil change, once there they did the change but I could hear the guys saying they were checking the dipstick and didn’t see a lot of oil once they changed it, I paid my fees and left, the next day car started making horrible noise, it shut off on the freeway on my way to work, I took it back to the shop and told them what it’s doing wanted to show them the noise and it was disregarded. Told them I looked at the dipstick and there’s barley any oil showing up on it, guy says well, ur engines gonna blow.. then sent me on my way after showing me the tiny amount of oil at the top of the stick. Next day I try to go to work engine shuts off on freeway losing all power the car is coasting and then the engine blows!! All oil comes out the car and it was not anywhere near 7 quarts like they say my car takes, not only do I not have a car now but I can not even go out and buy one nor fix their negligence they KNEW happned. I have heard numerous other people say this has happened to them! Completely irresponsible and should be held accountable for it. People make mistakes but it’s a mistake that needs to be corrected

    ***** ****** brought her vehicle in on Dec. 12th and asked my mechanic ***** why her vehicle was making a knocking noise, he checked her oil level and found no oil on oil dip stick. He then checked her mileage and she had gone 9,000 miles since her last oil change, he advised her to change the oil and that it was way over due since she supposed to change it every 3,000 miles. We changed the oil and oil filter and she was on her way. ***** came back the next day on Dec. 13th and said her vehicle was still knocking and having issues, ***** checked her oil level and level was good, he told her it might have caused a problem when she almost ran it out of oil due to going 6,000 miles over from when it was due. We feel we did the job correctly with no problems and that according to her service records she has a history of going way over her miles service due. So we cannot be responsible for damages.
