    Run from these people. They claim they are Brinks, they are not.They have zero accountability for their services or products. We signed up with them thinking it was Brinks. Expecting superior customer Service, and reliable products. We ended up with them causing damage to our electrical system, and a non functioning system. While getting billed for monitoring. They are threatening us with 17K for the remainder of the contract if we cancel our 5 year contract with these people. They are vultures, and Do not answer your calls for weeks and weeks. How they are still in business is a mystery to us!

    Horrible experience it is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Definitely a scam they make you sign up for a 5 year contract and despair, literally banish! can never get a hold of anyone and worse We continue to get sited by the police because the alarm system keeps going on and we have no way to stop or control or report this to no one.

    This company is a scam. They can't be reached. They changed the terms of the contract after I signed it. I have been unable to reach them at any number.

    BEWARE OF THESE DOOR TO DOOR SALESMEN. They came to our door and said we could get all upgraded equipment from ADT to Brinks, and they'd cancel our ADT contract and everything would be simple and our payments would stay the same. Turns out these guys are the epitome of door to door salespeople and will say anything to get a sale. I didn't notice until recently that we'd been paying for Brinks and ADT for almost a whole year. Also, the equipment they installed were not upgrades, our new panel doesn't even allow you a camera view.

    NO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS COMPANY. The sales reps represent them selves as Brinks. They make you sign a 5 year contract thinking you are dealing with Brinks but you are not. You have 3 days to back out but they dont start installing til after the 3 days. . We signsed , after a month we still did not have a fully running system as promised. We asked to get out of this contract because they had not fulfilled their end of the contract. They refused and look ** to collections for $5,799.42 for services we never received. We tryed contacting them many many times and could not get anyone to answer phones or return phone calls. We even had Brinks call one time and they didnt answer them either. Also the products they showed ** on brocures were not installed. Some of the equipment they used were 7 year old ADT equipment. The sales rep/ technician also lied to ** about contacting our old Service (ADT) to discintuine that service and he told ** he bought out our old contract and equipment which was a flat out lie. Very shady

    A horrible company that takes advantage of seniors. Thieves. I cannot get this company to take the appropriate action and resolve the matter. They falsified a new contract from the original I signed in 2012.
