      How does this company have an 'A' rating on this website and a review ranking of 1.07/5. That's the lowest review I've ever seen anywhere. I had the same problem as everyone else. I've been trying to cancel for 2 years and they keep auto-renewing. Shame on ring central and shame on Better Business Bureau for giving them an 'A' rating. How much did they pay you. BBB?

      customer services is horrible. it is near impossible to modify or cancel the account. account "managers" change constantly. however, the hound you when they want to sell you additional lines or an upgrade.

      We have been trying to cancel the service and automatic billing for months!!! Finally spoke with an Associate and logged in a Case # to cancel sevice and receive a refund. That was on May 6, 2025. Now, it is June and we are charged again for monthly service. Impossible to get a hold of a person again. Have been on hold for over an hour already!!! ********* customer service.

      Ring central was to cancel my account after porting out all of our numbers. they did not cancel our account even though all services were cancelled. Contacted their service multiple times to correct it and they had countless outages or other excuses of why they couldnt cancel the service and continued to bill us for 4 months with no refund or recourse.

      I have been on the phone with you all for over 2 hours today. There have been MANY issues with the service you all have provided me. Initially we were told from a SALES agent that he processed our porting number when we initially set up our account, we later found out that this is not even possible - so why were we providing sensitive personal information to a sales agent?! 3 weeks ago we set up our account, we made sure to tell you how important text messaging is for us because that is how we conduct most of our business communication - you all told us that the text messaging would be set and ready as soon as our number was ported. Today our number was finally ported in (after 3 weeks) and come to find out our text messaging was NEVER set up! So now we're being told we have to wait a month before this is ready to go. I was speaking to an agent that was xferring me to a supervisor and the call was disconnected during the xfer. They never called me back! I called again and spoke to ***** in the *** department. ******* call needs to be reviewed. He refused to help me. He refused to **** me to the manager that I was already being xferred to. He told me that the **** didn't close until 7pm (it was 6:30pm) and he said that he would NOT xfer me. He then disconnected the phone. I called AGAIN and spoke to ***** ******. She was more helpful but again told me that the manager was not there, so you all should be aware that your managers are REFUSING to help people or else they are leaving earlier than they are supposed to. My Case Number is ********. Now I have to have my work day interrupted tomorrow because you all refuse to help during your business hours. On top of this I'm supposed to get charged soon and I have literally never even been able to use your service because you all have lied to me REPEATEDLY. Going with your company is the biggest mistake I have ever made as a business owner. I need a resolution ASAP.

      After years as loyal customers running our small contact center, I feel compelled to share our deeply disappointing experience For the majority of our relationship, call quality was decent and met our needs. However, last year marked the beginning of a steep decline. We faced persistent issues, including garbled connections, dropped calls, and poor audio quality, that significantly impacted our operations.When we reported these problems, RC representative suggested transferring to a "better" plan that would supposedly resolve our issues. Trusting their guidance, we agreed to this change. Unfortunately, the call quality problems persisted despite the plan upgrade, and multiple calls to support yielded no effective solutions.The declining service quality began to severely damage our company's reputation. We received numerous negative customer reviews specifically mentioning communication difficulties, creating a serious business problem that we couldn't ignore.Left with no viable option, we decided to cancel our service. That's when the real shock came: RingCentral informed us that cancellation would require paying out a 3-year contract. Apparently, the "better" plan our representative moved us to included an automatic 3-year renewal provisiona critical detail that was never clearly disclosed during our transition.We proceeded with cancellation as we simply couldn't continue with such poor service quality. Now, RingCentral is aggressively pursuing payment for the remaining contract term, along with questionable late fees and penalties.After researching online reviews, it appears this deceptive contracting practice isn't uncommon. Many other customers report similar experiences with hidden contract terms and aggressive collection tactics.
