    **** told me that they would send someone to fix my treadmill that was delivered broken. I realized they are stalling until my return period expires.

    The company advertises that they sell refurbished fitness equipment that undergoes a rigorous remanufacturing process. They also advertise that the equipment will be be like new working and close to new cosmetic condition. I paid $15,997.10 to Fitness Superstore on 2/20/2023 for 2 refurbished pieces of the fitness equipment. Both pieces arrived inoperable! After nearly 4 months, they finally picked up and issued a refund for one of the pieces of equipment because they were unable to order the parts that were required for the equipment to operate. Now, Im out $8,700.05 because the other treadmill is still not working properly and theyre unable to find a technician willing to work for them. The first 2 technicians who came out to examine the equipment denied to work for the company. They also both said it is impossible that the pieces of equipment underwent a remanufacturing process, given they were missing parts and inoperable. I hope you can put an end to their fraudulent practices!

    To whom it may concern,

    We offered the customer 2 options: repair with a Technogym certified tech, or return for a full refund.  They chose a return for a full refund. We have picked up the machine and issued a full refund. This should now be closed out. Thanks
