    Be cautious, I contacted DES in May to design a new support system for an existing porch, a representtive came out in May and took measurements. ****n't hear back until I contacted DES again in late June, I was sent a contract, which I signed and returned the next day. Didn't hear from them until I again contacted DES on September 11. The representaive made an appointment to do some additional measurements for the drawings on September 26. The representaive failed to show up or even notify me he would not be coming. I again contacted DES via e-mail to ask why they didn't show up, I got no reply. On October 16, I e-mailed DES again. I finally received a call back and we agreed my contract would be returned (which it was). Basically, I lost 6 months of time and got nothing, now the work cannot be done *********** spring.
