    I ordered and received the All Terrain Beach Rollator. It was missing 2 parts so I emailed them and asked to have them shipped. After 2 business days without a reply my husband called and spoke to the office manager *********************************. He explained what happened and she said she'd speak to someone in shipping about getting the parts to us. The next day she called back leaving a voicemail letting him know there is no way the product was shipped without those parts and she'll need a photo and to discuss this further with him. My husband returned her call and after some discussion he was called a liar then she proceeded to hang up on him. She then would not answer the phone. I called with much difficulty due to my disability and was more or less treated the same and was also hung up on. I resorted to email where I asked to initiate a return. After lots of back and forth and being told "due to the price of the item, these items cant get into the box without being double inspected, therefore we know the handle was there when packaged." Basically they would not concede it could've been an error on their end and send new parts so I am returning the rollator. ***** NJ
