    The product does not do what it claims to: Instant, 24/7 Access to a live emergency Support **** Receive Fake Excuse-to-Leave" Calls, Instantly alert emergency contacts with your exact location. I have contacted the company multiple times regarding the device not working and have never received a response. They only provide an email address to contact them. Once you enter your payment info into the app you cannot remove it. You are directed to email them for all communications including tech support, to remove your payment info, refunds, etc. They do not respond. Charges will continue without any response from the company. I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one.

    My monthly subscription for their personal security alarm was cancelled because my credit card expired. I have been emailing with an AI Assistant for over a month to try and get this rectified. They do not have a direct human email or phone number. You cannot update your account through their website. They have been sending me a third-party link to update my credit card and even though it showed as updated on my end they say it's still expired on theirs. I keep emailing them for assistance and no one responds and the links are obviously not working. All I want is to reactive my account

    Product ordered from this company as a Christmas gift for my daughter. Both her and I have attempted to find resolution with the company. I was billed for subscription. Never agreed to one. I reached out multiple times for resolution with no resolution. No one will call and or help. Requesting all money back. Willing to return original product.

    I ordered 5 products from Birdie on November 29. Order number ****** and ******. I received nothing. I had to reach out and they tell me one is backordered so I said to give me a different color and they said they would. So they send an email that 3 were shipped. I never received them. Then I have to reach out again and they said they would ship the other 2. I never received them either. In fact, *** cant even track them as they never received them even though they charged me right away. Ive emailed and messanger chatted with several people who keep telling me its on the way and that is not true. I demanded refunds and was told no. I also realized from BBB complaints that this product requires a subscription that was NOT disclosed. So people buy these things not knowing they have to pay to use them. I want a refund for products I never received and they refuse to give it to me

    On November 14, 2024, I bought a bundle of 5 birdie+ on She's Birdie, which included a free 30 day trial to their online services and then a $50 charge for annual *************** was not delivered to me until November 21, 2024. All birdies+ were activated at different times.On December 14, 2024, I was emailed that I was being charged for 6 annual subscriptions for the 5 birdie+ I bought in a bundle. This is crazy why wouldn't the person activating the birdie be in charged of subscription cost. And with doing math, this is not even 30 days yet! She's Birdie is counting the free 30 day trial the moment you purchased it, burning days due to shipping.They also advertised on the website you are able to manage your subscription on the website in your account. There is no such thing. It is difficult for anyone to find how to cancel the subscription. Once you log into your account, you can only see your address and order history.

    I ordered 5 birdies for my family for Christmas but they only sent me 2. I have sent this email several times over the last couple of months because they will not respond or resolve my issue. I feel I was scammed. You sent me the wrong order. The label on the box has my name and address and order #******. I ordered 5 birdies. When I opened the box there were only 2 birdies and the name on the packing slip is ***** **** **************************************** with order #******. I need my order asap. These are Christmas gifts

    October 8th 2024. There was a bank transaction of 149.00was taking for my bank account for a membership I did not authorized. I am trying to contact the company and they have no one to speak too. I went on the website to my account to take my card off this account, there is no way for me to have the choice to retrieve and take my bank information off of this account. No where. I try two different ways. Still no solution. I emailed them twice. Waiting to hear from them. Please help me to understand this. I have order a few things online and never had this problem. I order three items at this website. I only use one. They are charging for three memberships. I am only using one. The others are not even activated. Why are they charging me for three.

    On 3/1/2024, I placed an order for the birdie+. I acknowledged that in order to receive all of the benefits this device offered that it would require a subscription. I did not want to purchase the subscription, at least not at first. I felt that if I wanted the subscription I would add it on later. Fast forward a month later when I notice a charge on my credit card statement from them. I looked everywhere to find a way to cancel it and of course there wasnt a way. I had to reach out to them directly. I sent an email explaining that I did not know I was signed up for a subscription and to please cancel. They responded (rudely) that there is a notice about it before checking out- this is untrue. The notice is (currently- as of 04/16/2024) below the Pay Here button. I had no reason to scroll down past this button so I would not have seen this. This is a very shady business practice. Do with it what you will.

    On 11/27/23, I purchased two Birdie+ devices for personal safety and holiday gift. On the company's website, the devices were advertised as "providing instant, 24/7 access to a live emergency support rep" and "instant alert" of location to emergency contacts. These claims are false. After receiving the device, I spent no less than an hour testing various settings. Despite following all their instructions, including keeping the Birdie+ app active in the background, I could not activate an instant call or instantly alert my emergency contacts. In fact, the only way to activate this call is by following a five-step process: 1) turn on/activate your phone, 2) enter your phone's PIN, ** activate the ********************** app on your phone, 4) go back to your Birdie device to press that button, 5) then a call can be activated.The company blatantly advertises false information on its website for profit and subject countless consumers who trust their products to potential physical and emotional harm. Additionally, despite my multiple attempts to reach out requesting a return of their defective products, they have not responded.
