    Computerland of Berkeley has twice fixed my laptop, first the screen and then the motherboard. I don't think it's a model they regularly service but they had a guy who knew how to take care of it and I'm so thankful they've kept my machine alive for so long and reduce tolls on the environment due to discarded electronic devices.

    I called for information about a possible computer hack. The guy answering the phone was not helpful except to say bring the computer in for a $140 diagnostic, whilst saying they 've never dealt with computer hackers before. Which seems strange being a computer repair company. Then he wouldn't give me his name nor would he tell me the name of the managers and hung up on me.
