    I am trying my best to cancel my monthly subscription from Genomelink's website and I feel as if they are purposely barring me from being able to do so. I started the subscription around 4 days ago, and its a complete scam. I have emailed the customer service and they got back to me 6 hours after my email. They told me that they prefer if customers cancel "on their own" but once again, it WILL NOT let me cancel. Every time I try and do so, it pops up with a message saying "Oops! Something went wrong.The server encountered something unexpected that didn't allow it to complete the request. We apologize.If you have any questions or problems, please contact us via *******************************************************"And that is when I decided to contact their team. After reading online, I got inspired to try and reach out to the BBB and so here I am. Thank you guys so much and I hope I could get a fix to this issue.***** ***** ***************** **********

    They advertised a full Ancient European Breakdown and I got it. But when I paid for it I seen the price as $34 it didn't have USD or a currency indicator next to it. So as I'm from ** I thought it would be NZD. Turns out it was USD after I checked my transactions. $66 it amounted to, so I emailed them at ****************************** which is their official email on Aug 6 2024 and they still haven't responded. I want a refund of the full amount for misleading information.

    I paid for adn reports about me and my mother and I believe they reports are a scam.The interpretation/anlisis is a scam.It was for reading my raw data and my mother's raw data.

    I bought two DNA Reports from this vendor. One for Indigenous American Gene ******* and another one for Latino Gene *******. Upon review, I noticed that the reports contradict each other (one mentions I have **** markers for a specific tribe whereas the other report says they couldn't find any of those markers in my DNA). When I brought it up to the seller they just said it was an error/bug on their system and that they would follow up with me. I decided to wait, but it has been a week with 0 response from the seller and at this point I'm no longer interested in continuing my relationship with them, I seek full refund of my money since I did not receive an accurate result and I have no way to trust their results ever again.

    When I bought these reports there was no indication that this was U.S currency I also was not able to keep the reports and they did not tell me that before or after and how long I would be able to access it for. So now the reports are not available to me considering the amount I paid Some of the receipts were not provided to me

    Genomelink is a scam, fraudulent company purporting to provide a DNA analysis based on data uploaded from reputable sites like AncestryDNA, MyHeritage or 23 and Me. They provide wildly inconsistent and highly inaccurate Ancestry results, which I can prove are 100% false, and conflict 100% with the data provided by the company from which the data was uploaded (in my case 23 and Me). These people take your money and constantly ask for more. I asked for a refund of $69 + another $39 I paid them for an in depth European report. They promised to refund my money but have not done so yet. I also asked them to delete all my data from the website and they failed or refused to do so. Stop these scam artists from ripping people off and proving false information about their ancestry in return.

    they give me a break down of percents of heritage and wanted money to give further detail. it stated i have 1 percent native american which i do have native ******** dna, however upon paying and getting the results its ****** 0 percent, i emailed them three times finally got a long drawn out answer this is hard to decipher i prefer my money back , they are a rip off company

    I was charged twice for a membership that I had already cancelled, I reached out and was told that they couldnt find my email on file. I provided my email and havent heard back, its now been 2 days no response. I just want my money refunded, if its not Ill have to get the card company to do a chargeback

For, their 'European' centered ethnicity breakdown it has me as 16 different ethnicities, which is absurd. On paper I am English,Irish and ******/French. Complete genome science through sequencing.com has my genetic breakdown ******* or Irish 71% European Northwest French or ****** 18% European Northwest Broadly Northwest European 8% European Northwest Broadly **************** or ****** 3% European **************** or ******* Mapping my DNA or my genetic GPS accurate to 500 KMS and 400 KMS both place me in ******* :****************************************** The code :***************************** Second genetic GPS method :***************************************** Method used :*************************************************** Beyond that the whole website is generally rubbish as the nutrition information and my cognitive report or results etc.. differ significantly from the more scientific and and accurate analyses and reports available at the reputable sequencing.com .I would be a fool to request anything but a full refund from the scoundrels that run this scam outfit.P.S. more documents are available from me upon further request.
