    This companys customer service is the worst. The only way to help people seems to be via email which is fine if they could do it appropriately. Asking me for credit card information since they cannot find me with my email, yet I am using their app in my desktop. Its ridiculous they can only find my information as a client just with an email or my credit card information used to purchase the app. I can use it on my desktop but not on my laptop. I am not tech saavy so all I need is for someone to call me like they had to via Zoom and met with about 3 guys from somewhere in ****** or near it to help. I had to practically beg them to do that since the email support is terrible. Yet, it is happening again and all I get is I cannot be helped unless I provided this information. I work in customer service and believe me, I know what you can do. I already had you doing it before but you refuse to help me but when I paid it was not a problem Fix or I will take it even further than this.
