    I subscribed to ******************* for $59, expecting their platform to assist in automating my job applications. Unfortunately, the service did not function as promised, causing delays in my job search. Despite multiple attempts to reach customer support for assistance, I received little to no help.Since the platform did not work as expected, I requested a partial refund for the time the service was not functional. Instead of addressing the issue fairly, Apply Hero closed my account without warning, wiping out the remaining time I had on my billing cycle. At no point did I request account cancellationI simply wanted a refund for the time lost due to their system ********** the customer service interaction, the representative (****) was dismissive, refused to acknowledge the issue, and ultimately stated that Apply Hero does not do refunds or prorated adjustments, despite failing to provide the service promised. Additionally, when I mentioned taking further action (such as a BBB complaint), the representative responded unprofessionally and insultingly, even going as far as to suggest that my unemployment was my own fault.Desired Resolution:1.A fair refund for the time that the service was not functional during my paid billing cycle.2.Apply Hero to address their customer service policies and provide clearer communication regarding refunds and account ***************** apology for the unprofessional behavior displayed by their representative. 4. Completion of the job applications that were promised to be submitted 5. After those jobs are completed, deletion of all my personal information.

    I tried to use the interview but the interview information would not save. I sent over screen recording of it not working. And now they wont respond. The only response I got before sending the video was that they dont give refunds. I never received the product I purchased or the service I paid for.
