I purchased 3 full days of customized training for my 9 month puppy. From the point of dropping him off they were not interested in getting to know him. They took him and immediately put him in a kennel with barking dogs which traumatized him further exasperating his anxiety. He had diarrhea all that night. I called the owner to alert her and her response was that he was spoiled. At pick up the 2nd day i was asked to pick up my puppy at 1. I asked why. My trainer said he had 4 dogs so my puppy would pretty much be in the daycare after 1 anyway. When i signed up i was assured each trainer would have no more than 2 dogs. I protested and was told i could call the owner. When i did shevtold me i was misinformed and trainer **** did not have 4 dogs however my trainer was ****** so she was the one that was misinformed. She begrudgingly allowed me to switch days. I was told i woukd get a debriefing session daily with additional training tools added to my online acct. Only once did i get a debriefing and nothing was ever added to ky online portal. My dog developed Parvo that evening. When i called Dream Dogs to inform them ***** 1st response was " he didnt get it here". How uncaring, how thoughtless. I told her i was just letting them know so she could protect her other clients. **** never once called to follow up on my puppys health.Since the training was ineffective and his barking actually got worse after being there i called **** to attempt to get sime folliw up training or resources for my $500.**** made a follow up appt for me. I showed up at 1155 for a 1200 appt. At 1215 i walked around the property. The person i found didnt know anything about my appointment and said it was not a good day for the owner because she lost her dog. I asked why i wasnt called to reschedule. I got no response. I told them another trainer would be acceptable. They found ****** to help me. I finally got some trainung resources and a 30 min follow up. not worth the $500 or hassle.
