      Worst. I had solar almost two years before permits. Solar installed begging of 2021 and permits didn’t get approved till the middle of 2023 I can’t remember the can’t exactly. And then took the city inspector three times to come out and approve it. I had to help with fixing things that didn’t pass with the city. And my solar stopped working they wouldn’t fix it. It’s the emergency shut off for the back up battery for if it over heats. And the product he uses they don’t have any help with the warranty on the parts like my battery. I tried to call the Sonen company because the sunstor wouldn’t fix it. And that company only has email for contact and no one ever got returned email. I emailed that company for a year with no response. I have gorilla tape on it to make the bottom stay on for it to work. No other solar company will work or service my system. Owner Josh is a joke I have messages to take my review off so he can have other loan company work with his to install solar. I have two years of messages with him.
      Also I know my loan company sued him. I guess they didn’t get anything because I still owe my loan. There were 18 of us in having solar and not having permits.
      Sunstor went bankrupt and he opened a new company called lotus solar. Beware of him he’s a scam. Really need to fill in the gray with solar so they can be help accountable because I have been looking for a lawyer.
