In November 2023, I purchased a Curtis Stone Bakeware set from Home Shopping Network for about $50. The set is under warranty and is supposed to be nonstick bakeware. Within the last few weeks, the nonstick finish has been peeling off of two of two of the smaller pans which is not good after only a few months. I contacted HSN and they refused to do anything about it. Instead, they gave me the customer service number for *******************************************. I called there and was informed that I had to email pictures of the peeling pans, which I did twice. They keep giving me the runaround and these pans are under warranty. I cannot use them with the finish peeling off because it could get into my food. They are supposed to be "nonstick", as well.

About a month or two ago the electric skillet I purchased from Curtis stone cookware via HSN quit working. Although the light would come on upon turning the appliance on, the pan would not heat. Upon further research, it seems this is a common problem for the appliance. Although I couldnt remember how long I had the product, I know I had only used it between five and six times. After emailing ***************** I was told I would need proof of purchase with a date. I had a screenshot for a proof of purchase, but it did not have the date on it. So I entered the order number on that screenshot into HSN website and got no results back. I informed **************** of this, and was told basically that wasnt possible. There was no offer to help resolve the problem, there was no offer to try finding the product themselves since they had all the information themselves as well, and finally no offer to go ahead and just fix the product since its not that expensive to do and clearly the product is defective judging by all the complaints online. They simply told me that what I was saying was not possible. Im filing a complaint due to poor customer service and a defective product.

I want to tell everyone to NEVER bother wasting your $$$ to buy Curtis Stone Products. I wanted this pan set for over a year. Finally get it as a gift, throw out all my old pans, and received the smaller 8" warped. Ok, I decided to deal with it, small defect that I was willing to tolerate. In the photo it's hard to see the warping, with a lid on you can see the gap clearly though. Then. FIRST time out of the cabinet my 2qt sauce pan falls on the floor and completely dents in, so disappointed in the weak quality. My pans of 10 years+ never dented in like that from anything! I contacted the company and they said it's not warrantied for accidents, scratches, discoloration, stains, dents, or other damage that do not affect the functionality of the item. They will do NOTHING. And did I mention these pans are not sold individually so I can't even replace just the one pan myself to match the set. I just want the 2 pans replaced. Or a refund.

My wife purchased this Curtis Stone Pasta Maker for my birthday 2 years ago and passed away right after I was given it. I have had it on my counter with a cover on it until I finally got the courage to use it and make pasta. When I plugged it in there was nothing. I tried plugging it in several outlets and from their booklet explained that it was probably a short in the system I called the phone number in the booklet and the person on the other end told me tough luck as it is out of warranty. I told her that it has never been used until now and that it was defective and I would like to get a replacement and send this back to them. She said too bad. I have no idea what my late wife paid for this pasta maker but she got it for me as I am Italian and have a very old pasta machine that is manual and she wanted me to have something better which when I finally could get myself to use the machine found that it is defective. I only want it to work since it was the last thing my wife gave me and It has special meaning to me. Thank you.
