    When my Order#********* was canceled on 5/6, customer service did not put my store credit back in my wallet. When I re-order the bag, it shows zero balance. I emailed them many times, but no one responded to me. I don't know what is going on with their customer service. Before the delivery, the cancellation was successful. At the same time, the store credit should go back to my wallet, but it is not.

    this store had a fraud transaction, they billed my card and charged $4,873.02 for an order that wasn't even placed. they done it via amazon, i had contacted them multiple times, they remain negligent, I then contacted amazon, and after weeks of investigation, they found an order was placed using my account information which was fraud, Order# ***-9753007-3401028 Amazon send me a label and asked me to return the package received which I did, however, to date, amazon said What Goes Around Comes Around has not issued the refund, they have kept both the products and the money, I will wait until December 10th, if no refund is received, I will file a lawsuit against What Goes Around Comes Around as they had committed fraud!

    I purchased a used designer handbag for $1200 that I decided upon receiving I did not want to keep. There website states returns are allowed within 10 days of receiving an item which I was well within. I started by emailing to initiate my return like my paperwork instructed to do so, but was not replied to. It has know been almost 3 weeks. I have sent countless emails and placed numerous calls which are never answered or replied to. The return window has now closed and Im sure they do this on purpose, and I believe I was scammed

    I sold a bag to WGACA and have not been paid to date. The process was supposed to take 3 weeks per their policy but we are at 5 weeks now with back and forth details on the status. Confirmation that bag passed inspection and payment would be made on 4/14/23. It was not and a follow-up on 4/14 has been ignored.
