I'm here to speak out for my family! This company makes my aunt so angry. My electric gate has been having frequent problems, and this company refused to provide any warranty! After I spent over $2,000 in repairs, the gate broke again within 20 days. I have been communicating with a customer service named *****. In the beginning, I first paid $225 to Elite Gates's maintenance personnel on September 6. The diagnosis was a circuit problem. They said they could not repair it, they bridged me a third-party company, M.G.M Elect. So I was asked to contact M.G.M Elect to repair the circuit. After the M.G.M Elect completed the repairs, I paid over $1,865 on September 7. On September 26, when no one touched the switch, the electric gate went out of control, moved in the opposite direction, and got stuck. I had to turn the gate switch off manually. Then, I reported this problem to ***** immediately. She said that the last time M.G.M Elect came to my house to repair it, Elite Gates was not responsible for it. So I contacted the M.G.M Elect again, and their answer was that if their workers left on September 6th and it was fine, it meant their work was completed. The subsequent warranty is Elite Gates's responsibility. I called ***** again to explain the situation. ***** said that it would be fine if their company sent someone to check, but we would need to pay another $225 in advance. As long as workers come to provide services, the customer will have to pay $225." I paid over $2,000 in less than a month to repair this gate. They still want me to keep paying for it. This is so unfair to the customer and is simply a form of blackmail. Our whole family is tired of this endless communication with this company that shirks responsibility. We hope to find the person in charge of this company as soon as possible to resolve this matter.
