    I don't where to start so I will begin with my dilemma. I spoke to ***** ******* first and he explained what we had to do. He was calm and very professional. I was petrified with fear in losing my home but just speaking to ***** I began to feel hopeful. ***** was professional, knowledgeable and patient in explaining what and how we were going to proceed. He was also very patient. I was a mess! Citizens First is a wonderful company with wonderful and knowledgeable, kind and patient employees. Upon speaking to ******** ***** and *****, I began to feel confident and positive. I still did a lot of praying that also helped ***** and ********. I feel very confident to refer you to my friends, relatives and strangers to Citizens' First. They were on top of everything and kept me informed. They made me feel like I was their only person they were helping. Thank you Citizen's First. You are an honest, knowledgeable and hire top notch employees. I wish you the best. Thank you! Thank you!     I just want to thank Citizens First for helping me save my home, J.S. was very knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process even when I was so nervous about the process, stayed in contact with me through the whole process answered all my questions and concerns...D.L. a really great person helped me as well, very confident and positive. I just want to thank Citizens First again for such a wonderful job they did...If you need help please contact Citizens First I promise you, you won't regret it....

    ******** *****..........and *** ****** Where to start ? We started the process with Citizens First back in June 2024 with *** ******. Understanding that this process would take a few months (3 minimum as we were informed), we embarked on the plan to save our home. *** ****** explained the process in detail and although we may have been cautious, we trusted him. He set us up with Citizens First processor - ******** *****. She took the time to explain what her role was and what she would need from us. Knowing that patience is a virtue....we honestly "lost it" once or twice. The letters started coming - the phone calls. We called ******** and she calmed us down and educated us on the "persistent" habits of mortgage companies. The guilt - the fear mongering. ******** was calm and reassuring though-out this entire process more than once. A true gem and credit to your company. ******** was in touch with not only us, but our mortgage holder frequently. She called often and was always responsive to our needs in the utmost professional and kind manner. At this time we are in possession of a successful mortgage modification.
