    Subject:Fraud Complaint Against **** S. ***** My name is ***** ****** from *****, *******. I am writing to formally report a case of fraud committed by **** S. *****, who presents himself as a payments consultant and claims to live in *************, **********. I engaged the services of Mr. ***** to assist me in setting up my remittance startup, including obtaining the necessary permits and developing the required remittance platform (MVP) for a fee of $4,000USD. However, after making an initial payment of $3,000, he ceased communication and completely ghosted me, failing to deliver any agreed-upon services.Details of the Fraud:Fraudster's Name: **** S. ***** Nature of Agreement: Assistance in setting up a remittance startup, including legal permits and software development Payment Made: $3,000 Date of Payment: February 4th, 2025 Payment Method: Bank Wire Transfer from Guaranty Trust *************** Failure to ***************** After receiving payment, **** S. ***** stopped responding to calls and messages I have also done a bit more background checks on Mr. ***** and discovered that they're several other victims to his scams. I request that your office investigate this matter and take appropriate action against Mr. **** S. ***** to prevent further fraudulent activities. Additionally, I seek any available legal recourse to recover my funds. Please advise on the next steps regarding this complaint, as it had taken me a decade trying to fulfil this dream.If further information or documentation is required, I am available to provide additional details. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your response.Regards.
