    I was contacted by ******* ***** of mega PR Services whom stated that they can create ********* page for me and Hollywood reporter press release for me. I paid them June 2024 its October 2024 They have not giving me my ********* page nor the press release they keep sending emails blaming the publication then I asked for a refund they said they refunded it via my credit card company which did not happen. My cc company said it has not be credited . They continue to run the scam as of this writing. The persons real name is ****** ***** *****

    On 7/3/2023 I purchased services in the amount of $199 to have a Wikipedia page created, the order was confirmed and applied to my credit card on 7/4. On 7/5 I received an email from ************************* asking for any additional information I would like included in the page. I sent my reply on 7/5. I did not receive any further information or see a wikipedia page so on 8/14/2023 I emailed asking for a status of my order. I received no reply. On 9/30 I emailed again asking for a status on my order. On 10/2 I received a reply from ******* stating the page was in progress and a draft for my review would be ready on that Friday (10/6). No draft was received. On 10/31 I again emailed asking for a status. On 10/31 (same day) ******* replied and apologized saying they would have a draft for me by that Thursday (11/2). On 12/4 I emailed asking for a status as no draft was received and suggesting either a refund or a discount on another service if they were unable to complete the order. I have not received any type of response. My credit card company does not allow disputing a charge over 60 days old at this time I would like a refund. I am still open to receiving the completed Wikipedia page as long as it is acceptable. But with no response from the company we cannot come to a resolution.

    Hello,I purchased the Mega PR Services Wikipedia Page Creation and ****************** on July 27th, 2023. The draft was supposed to be completed in 12 days, but a draft wasnt created until August 25th. I decided the draft was too basic and requested a full refund on August 27th. ******************************* agreed to process the refund on August 28th and said to allow **** days for my money to be credited back to your original payment method.Since then it has kept failing to be processed through PayPal. I submitted a claim to PayPal and they have ruled in my favor, but I still havent received the money back. Ive reached out to Mega PR Services several times and they said that it will be processed, but its clear that they are just delaying the payment and have no intention in issuing me a refund. ******* blocked my email on October 13th. Ive since been in touch with ************************* and she also said that the refund is being processed. I spoke to PayPal and they said the funds should be immediately received if Mega PR services sends them.
