    On April 29, 2025 I purchased from ******************** the service of a expedited passport .On the same day I also cancelled this service as I found my passport that I thought was lost.I initially was told that it would take 7 to 10 business days to recieve my refund. On day 10 when I hadn't recieved my refund , they then told me it takes ***** business days to get a ********* is now day 18 , and I still have not recieved a refund. There is virtually no customer service and the workers who answer phone are only there to sell thier services. There is no way to speak to management or accounting. All my emails go unanswered. The sales **** say there is nothing they can do I am so frustrated and angry and I beleive this company is scamming people. Please be aware

    I am writing to formally dispute a charge on my credit card for the amount of $856.00 made on 11/07/2023 from the company Passports and Visas via passportsandvisas.com. The transaction in question appears on my statement with the reference number ******* and was charged twice, of which $428.00 was unauthorized by me. Under the "service request" it shows there was a charge for two passports, when I only wanted (and received) one. I have reached the company, who requested me to wait 15 business days and does not have an update. Given this discrepancy, I am requesting an immediate investigation and resolution to rectify this matter.I have taken the following steps to address this issue:Contacted the merchant directly to verify the charge and received no satisfactory resolution or explanation.Reviewed my purchase history and statements to confirm that there was no prior authorization for this transaction.This matter is now being handled by the bank.

    On or about September 10th I reached out to passportandvisas.com to get my passport expedited. I paid them $407.00 to do this. They then set up an appointment for me at the *******, ** post office to get my passport paperwork done around the 17th of September. They never sent me any instructions and only told me to go to the appointment and follow the directions of the post office employee. The post office employee kept my paperwork and mailed it off to the passport agency. I later discovered passportsandvisas.com was supposed to send me a ***** envelope to send all the paperwork to them, but the post office employee mailed the passport application directly to the state department. I contacted passportsandvisas.com about this and this is when they told me I should have received the ***** envelope and instructions. I told them I never did and that I would like a refund as they were not actually providing any expedited service. They told me I only had 48 hours from the time of purchase (Sept 10th) to request a refund. I pointed out to them that would not have been possible as they set an appointment for me 7 days after I purchased there service. I am requesting that a full refund be made as they never provided the service that I paid for and I am still waiting to get my passport back. This also caused me to have to push back my honeymoon from mid November to mid December as I will not have my passport now till at least Thanksgiving.
