    I contracted with the above company to publish a book. I was promised social media postings, articles, publications to various platforms. Some of those things were completed and some were not. I requested a refund. The vendor agreed to provide me one however my credit card company hasnt received the refund. The refund was never sent to me. So, they didnt uphold their end of the contract and have not sent me my money back. Steer clear!

    In June and July of 2023 I paid this company **** dollars to ghostwrite and publish my book on 5 platforms. I also paid for extensive six month marketing on all social media sites in the form of ads and posts. I was also promised 5 articles with different companies written about me and my book. None of this happened. The company has a 100% money back guarantee but when I requested this refund I have consistently been ignored and no check has been mailed to me like I was promised. I just want a resolution without seeking legal action.

    Ghostwriting Proficiency has been the most disappointing company I've worked with. I was promised publishing on 5 platforms, I got two. Despite promises of over 20 services for just the marketing of my book, including extensive marketing on all social media platforms for six months and articles in magazines and blogs, the reality fell short. I paid a substantial amount, only to receive five ******** posts with the wrong book title. After corrections, three posts had incorrect spelling and improper English. The 100% money back guarantee refund, promised three weeks ago, is still pending. The company now ignores me, citing *** being lazy and not supplying tracking information for the supposed sent check and family emergencies or hospital stays as excuses for why I am ignored. I strongly advise avoiding this company for book publishing; they take your money but fail to deliver.

    I paid $620 Ghostwriting Proficiency to publish my book on July 21, 2023. On the website they stated that a full refund could be given if the process hadnt started. Prior to giving them a copy of my book, I requested a refund on July 24, 2023. They explained that it would take between 7 to 10 business days. I still havent received my refund. Ive called my bank many times, and they dont see a pending refund. Ghostwriting Proficiency has been stalling and confusing about the status of my refund.

    I ordered books from a book that they published for me, and I didn't receive the books. I seek a refund of 450 dollars. Plus I was deceived into ordering the books. I was told that I would get ten books with my transaction, and ended up having to order 25, or else I would not receive any books at all. Plus I had to pay extra for the ISBN, and barcode. A total of about seven hundred dollars for the books, ISBN, and barcode, in July of this year. I'm seeking a refund for the unshipped books of 450 dollars, ASAP. God bless 🙏.
