    Heres a polished and professional version of your statement:The owner of this company claims to hold various titles, including Settlement Officer, IRS & State Forensic Auditing & Investigations Specialist, Mortgage Securitization Auditor, and Mortgage Ambassador for the ****. Additionally, they claim to provide financing and loan services. However, my experience with this company has been highly concerning due to poor communication and unprofessional behavior.I contacted the company in July to request a forensic audit. Despite assurances that this service would be provided, as of late November, I have received no documentation or substantive updates regarding the audit. Multiple attempts to reach the company for a status update have been ignored, including unanswered phone calls and unreturned messages. Instead, I have been receiving threatening emails demanding payment for services they have yet to substantiate or prove have been performed.This lack of communication and transparency, coupled with their aggressive demands for payment, raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of their business practices. Further investigation revealed several red flags:The company does not have a DUNS number listed on **************************** is not registered with the Better Business Bureau (BBB).The business address provided is a PO Box, adding to concerns about its credibility.Due to these suspicious practices, I have reported this company to the *** and the ************************ for investigation. I urge others to exercise extreme caution when engaging with this business and recommend a thorough vetting of its operations before proceeding with any transactions.
