    I actually read what it is you do for the people that you contact, informing them of their being owned money, property, actual real estate etc.Looks like you are the one that gathers all documents and anything else needed for you to be able to file your claim. Then WHY did you tell me that I have to get any and all documents needed. Costing me quite a bit of MONEY?Also getting in touch with you has not ?? been easy for me. After I gathered and mailed off to U, I had to contact U in order to find out if U received Now it's been MONTHS since I have heard from U. Thank you very much ****** ES

    Hello ******,I have reviewed your claim and it looks like we requested one document form you that we were not able to obtain due to that state's privacy law, family members are the only individuals that can order from that state. We will gather all documents when possible. We will be more than happy to reimburse you if you submit a copy of the receipt.You had called our office on Thursday and you got in touch with an agent the following Monday morning. If you leave a voicemail someone will get back to you as soon as possible.You can also send an e-mail to ******************************* with the case number to get an update on your claim.This clam is still in process and within the normal time frame, the agent that you initially spoke would have explained this on the initial call. If you would like to discuss this further we can set up a call.
