    On October ******* I ordered a few hundred brochures from kool designed maker, they kept on telling me they are working on it, they will let me know once it ships just give them a few more days. I waited 3 months and they have not been able to deliver. I requested a refund few weeks back and have not received one to date. All promises no action. I looked up their reviews tonight and found out they have been taking peoples money and not providing the product without any response from them. Clearly this is a scam. I paid $399 on credit card. They were unable to print the brochures, they only wanted the money.

    ******** is a very good customer and we did many print orders for her. We advised our print and account department to check and resolve the issue with the client or issue her full refund along with $100 credit. we'll make her happy.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The order was placed originally from October ******* and now its February 3rd 2025 and Kooldesigns have been promising to issue a refund. We are in the states and it does not take 3 months to issue a refund at most a refund should take 7-10 business days. At this point kooldesigns have no intention of issuing a refund or they would have done so already. 
    **** at kooldesigns is playing games. I need refund for $399 at least with the next 48hrs at most. 

    In addition this was a business order, they are unable to complete the order then at least issue the refund timely so we can put in the order with another company. 

    Also, I am very concerned because on their ****** reviews other customers have made it clear they did not get a refund instead the same run around that I have been getting.

    I paid for a graphic design and website service in May 2023. The service was never provided and the company agreed in writing to return my money in full. Since that time I have received the runaround and my money has never been refunded. Every month that I contact them they say the money will be refunded within that month. I have documentation to show that the company promised to return my money and now it is been eight months and my money has not yet been refunded. I am being forced to spend additional money and taking them to small claims court, which will be filed shortly.

    We hardly get any complain from our clients, *********************** is very good client and we are doing business from many years. Based on our company policy we cannot issue full refund when our team start work on any project. But keeping in view good relation, we will issue full refund to the client but this refund process  may take little longer and will be made before 31st March 2024.

    We are also offering $50 design credit to ***** if she ever need any design service from us. We really appreciate her patience.
