    Purchased 2 ******* S20+ 5G phones from Wireless Experts through ******, both sold as new-Factory Unlocked; they in fact were Carrier locked. Efforts to solve the issue were furtile (request the seller to unlock the phones). Unable to contact Wireless Experts by phone, using the ****** supplied number. Other efforts to contact them using information fund online, such as text MSG & Email resulted in no feedback.

    Can artists, selling bad phones on Amazon.com. Bought a "new" phone that then stopped charging after about 40 days. Sent it to ******* under warranty and they said the phone was a model phone and not for resell and they would not honor the warranty. This company is running some kind of scam selling used/model phones as new.

    Unresponsive complany. Calling "mailbox full and not accepting messages". Failed to honor product warrantee.
