    On 11/20 I redeemed some lottery tickets at this 7 Eleven. It was not until later in the day when I realized that I had not received the full amount of my lottery winnings.The amount of the lottery tickets I redeemed was $35. I purchased a soda and breakfast sandwich for $6.78. No tax on the soda, but the sandwich added $0.39 for tax. The amount due to me should have been $27.83.I only received paper bills back. No coins. Unfortunately I was not fully awake and paying enough mind, so I can only definitively state that I am missing the $0.87. But since the cashier obviously decided to take advantage of my inattention I would not be surprised to learn that she had infact withheld more money, nor would I be surprised if this has not happened before.I have attempted numerous times over the past few weeks to contact 7 Eleven about this and keep getting told that someone will contact me but nobody ever does. In fact one of the times I called they admitted that my complaint had already been closed dispite no resolution being reached. It's clear that 7 Eleven does not have concern that one of their employees is ripping off customers.
