      Terrible customer service. We met with ****** at the store and he sold us on a Hot Spring Spa. We bought the higher end model (Sovereign) and ****** said that the jets have two pumps, one for the lounger and one for the opposite side. The spa was installed and when we went to use it for the first time, we found that when the jets are on to all seats, there is not enough power to make the massaging jets of the lounger go up and down as they are supposed to. I complained to Bear Valley Spa and they said I was just not properly adjusting the valves and that it was working fine. The next time I came up, we went in the spa and adjusted the valves as they stated and it still didn't work. I reached out to HotSprings directly since I wasn't getting an answer from Bear Valley Spa. HotSprings told us that there is only one motor for the jets and we can only get the power for the massager if only one side is on. I thought this was ridiculous and I complained again to Bear Valley Spa. We had the spa installed in Oct 2024 and have been trying to get a replacement since. BEAR VALLEY *** NEVER GETS BACK TO ME - I HAVE TO CONTINUOUSLY CALL AND THEN I'M TOLD THEY ARE WORKING ON POSSIBLY REPLACING IT WITH A BULLFROG *** BUT I NEVER GET A CALL BACK. I HAVE CALLED MORE THAN A ***** TIMES AND STOPPED AT THE STORE AT LEAST 3-4 TIMES AND STILL NO RESOLUTION. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND FINDING ANOTHER *** PROVIDER AND TESTING THE *** BEFORE BUYING TO MAKE SURE IT PERFORMS AS EXPECTED.

      Absolutely a horror show so far. Still dealing with this. 1. - purchased spa and had to wait 10 days for them to arrange staff to deliver. 2.- arrived with crane and couldn’t drive truck up very shallow driveway (nearly flat). 3. - get truck up driveway realized boom couldn’t work. Had to leave and get more guys. Arrived an hour later. 4. - three guys dragged spa on side into back yard. 5. Left spa without filling with water. Rain two days later and spa leaks! 6. - left square temporary cover. Told us they couldn’t find round cover. 7. - spa leak resolved. Still no top. 8. - inspector fails us for permit. 9. - Their excuse is manufacture didn’t send correct cover. Manufacture claims they never would send a spa with wrong cover. 10. - no ETA of new and correct top. 11. - had them remove spa so property can pass inspection for STR. Left wires exposed until asked about it. Add injury to insult, wanted to charge us for disconnecting spa $150.
      It’s been now nearly six weeks from purchase and Bear Valley Spa has been less than helpful or proactive in resolving the issue. I’ve loss revenue on rentals because of this issue. They’ve made no compensation for charging me fee for boom truck or spa lifter, failed inspection due to temp spa cover or potential loss rental revenue.
      Don’t use this company! Full stop!
