      Had promotion on Facebook if stay within this dates that receive $100 gas card. I’d never receive the card yet. Was this fraud on promotion. I stay on Father’s Day weekend within the dates it’s says . And it was more then 2 nights too. Give half of money I spent or couple free nights for any dates no black outs.

      Hello BBB



      Thank you for sending this complaint. We did some research,
      and our finding are that the guest ***** ****** did not choose the $100 gas promotion
      when he booked his lodging reservation online, which means the reservation did
      not qualify for the $100 promotion.



      I have included the reservation confirmation of MR. Medina’s
      reservation which shows that the $100 Gas Card Promotion was NOT added to his lodging
      reservation.



      I have also included a guest confirmation that correctly added
      the $100 Gas Promotion, so you can see the clear difference of a valid promotion
      versus non valid.



      We find this complaint invalid due to the promotion not
      being added on to the Mr. ****** reservation.

      I made reservations through that site and click that link. It didn’t say anything about me not accept promotion at time. I would remember if I did.
