      On October 5, 2024, I ordered 2 deluxe breakfasts via the drive through line. I drove up, paid for my order then was asked to drive forward and wait and my meal would be brought out to me. I requested a receipt and was told Id receive one when my meal was brought out to me. When the young woman brought my food out I asked for my receipt. She said and I quote: I wasnt told anything about a receipt then quickly walked back inside. I needed that receipt for bookkeeping purposes. So I walked inside with the meals and requested that since I cannot get a receipt I wanted my money back. The young woman gave me a horse laugh trying to intimidate then said something in Spanish to an older coworker who then credited my credit card. What Id like to know is what is so hard about providing me, the customer, with a receipt?? I drove 60 miles to have breakfast there only to be treated rudely. I didnt feel like a valued customer.
