      Order #****** place 12/5/2033. Sent numerous emails and phone calls as to when order to be shipped with no reply. All I want is response and my order. Today is 12/11/2023. 6 days is ample time to respond. I believe I am being ignored.

      Hi *****, 
      This customer did place an order on 12/5 after our shipping hours (Pacific Time) in ** so it was received by our shipping department the following day 12/6. The customer is in ** (Eastern Time) which may be why we were not able to connect by phone.  The order shipped from our facility on 12/12 and according to **** tracking it was delivered on 12/15.  I have attached a copy of the label with the tracking number below as well as a copy of the packing slip.
