    I, ******** ****, purchased a 2020 ****** Sentra from All Towing Public Auction on December 22, 2024, for $8,000. Since the date of purchase, I have made multiple attempts to obtain the vehicle title through text messages and in person. The auction company has failed to provide the title and continues to give vague responses, claiming they have no information or that it will be ready "in a week" which has not been the case.They even had me visit their location to sign a release of title, but I still have not received the title. It has now been several months, and I am unable to register or legally drive the vehicle due to the lack of title. I am seeking either the proper title for the vehicle or a full refund.

    bought a vehicle back on 08/18/2024 through the auctioneer and paid all the fees for transportation to the border to ******* MX and the fees for all procedures to legalize the vehicle and transportation to ************** MX as a final destination and still no received my vehicle and minimal communication for the representative of the company Mr. **** and his team.

    All ********************************************* is a public auction based Bloomington, **. They use ******* as means of advertising their vehicular auctions. On June 23, 2024 we bought two vehicles; a 2010 ****** Venza and a second Venza from 2009 for a total of $11,500 between both SUVs. We are on the third week of expecting a pink slip or ****** but after going back twice to get their documentation or a refund, they refused to do so. The sheriffs department were called to the business where they told us it is a matter of civil or customers affairs and there was nothing they could do about it. Before leaving they told us to file a complaint because we are not the only victims who this business refused to provide titles or pink slips to.

    Hello,

    We received a complaint notice regarding a client not receiving titles for 2 vehicles he purchased at our site. ************** purchased both his vehicles on June 23, 2024. The client was advised verbally during the auction announcements and it's also written in both languages the auction rules where the bidding bill board rules are located within feet from our bidding area. Notice of title availability is also written at the bottom of his signed receipt. It stated all sales are sold as is, all sales are final and no refunds or exchanged.  It stated we will notify you by text message when the title is ready for pick up. That message was sent on July 15, 2024 at 10:33am within 22 days from date of purchase. 
    Titles were not denied or refused to be given to **************. 

    Both titles were picked up by ************** on 07/21/2024.

    On April 7, 2024, I bid on a vehicle online from All Towing and Storage Public Auction (*********************). During the auction, the vehicle was sold as a clean title vehicle. The seller did provide a car fax, which stated clean title, which is the reason why I purchased the vehicle. On April 8, 2024, I went in person to the above mentioned business to pay a total of $5,000 for the vehicle and pick it up. While there, I was informed by the staff, I would receive the title for the vehicle in the mail to my Arizona address within 45 business days. The title and bill of sale were received on June 3, 2024. The original title received was not a clean title, it came with a repossession contingency from ********** and a bill of sale from All Towing and Storage (La **** de la ******** I live in *******, and was informed by Arizona DMV that they do not accept repossession titles and that the seller needed register the vehicle in their name (paying registration and any necessary feeds) in order to remove the repossession contingency, and then provide a clean title to me. This is the only option Arizona DMV is giving **** contacted All Towing and Storage (*********************) via text, as phone calls are never answered. Via text I explained what Arizona DMV instructed, and they asked that I send them $190 via Zelle, in order to process the title. I was willing to provide the fee, but I asked it they would guarantee the clean title after I paid that fee, and they said they could not guarantee me the clean title. After this last conversation via text with them I have asked them to call me, and they have not contacted me back either by phone or text.I am seeking help from BBB California to contact them, or act as a mediator in resolving this matter. I am a working man, and need to be able to use this vehicle as soon as possible, or come to an agreement with All Towing and Storage to return the vehicle and get my money back, if they will not produce the clean title.

    Hello,

    In response to the notice received, **************** is false. We provided him with an original title for him to take to his nearby *** in the state of *******. Unfortunately, the Arizona does not validate or accept the word stamped REPO on the front of the title. As explained to him, vehicles that are repossessed to unknown reasons for this said vehicle and we are a third party who took possession of this vehicle to sell as a vendor to our public. Per our laws a title must be provided on time of sale or if not available on date of sale, clients will be advised when title is ready to be released. Title was not denied nor refused to ****************, issue was that his state did not accept it with the wording on the title. We have solved this issue with **************** and request of a new title from the *** is in process.

    I purchased a vehicle from this companies auto auction. Since purchase I have yet to receive a title after countless attempts. Not only did they not give me the title for the purchased vehicle they claimed it had no issues. Upon entering the vehicle 2014 ******** Cl 250, the parking brake and electronics were in operable the transmission was bad and upon trying to fix the issues via a mechanic he had informed me that the cars odometer was rolled back. I still have not received the title and the company is harrassing me due to me keep trying to obtain the vehicles title. I have wasted money time and countless amounts of stress due to this issue and they have not attempted to resolve at all. Please help

    I purchased a car on Feb, 2023 they refuse to send me a bill of sale and the tittle.
