    Buyer beware, total scam. They quoted me $29 then tried to charge me $500 for a 10 minute job. They claimed the lock was a $400 lock. DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE A DIME!

    Total scam. Was quoted $29 plus labor costs and was charged over $300 for a total of 5 minutes. This is taking advantage of people in need and using their skills to literally rob people.

    Was quoted a $29 service call. Needed a lock removed as I had lost the key. The guy used a bolt cutter which took 5 min. and charged me an extra $145. I made 5 calls to the company and they agreed to refund me $50 which I never received. This company is not a legit business.

    Its a total scam. They have fake 5 star reviews on ****** to make them look good. Said it was going to be $450 to unlock my front door which is already way too much but I said ok since I was panicking and they were already at my house. They said they couldnt get it open and would have to drill. After they finally got it open they said it was $790. They gave me a $90 discount because my door k*** is completely destroyed and unusable but they are taking advantage of people 100%. Any upstanding locksmith wouldnt charge over $300 for this job. Also they dont except credit/debit. They only take Venmo or cash which just solidifies this is a scam.
