    ???????????? ?????????? ???????? ?????????????? ???? ???????????? ?????????????? ???? ????????????????, ????!My RV was just stolen off the lot because thieves cut through the back fence. The storage company KNEW the fence had been breached - AND NEVER CALLED ME TO TELL ME MY RV HAD BEEN STOLEN!They had video footage of thieves breaking in. The sheriff could have caught them in the next 2 days if I had known, but I had to discover the theft MYSELF!This company (the name "Secure Storage" is a total joke) claims it is making improvements now, but if anything goes wrong in the future, they are under NO obligation to take proactive steps to help their customers.The sheriff's deputy taking my report told me himself that he can't believe anyone would store their RV in this place because the owners don't give a ****. After going round-and-round with the manager as to why I never received a courtesy call regarding the theft, I COMPLETELY AGREE WITH THE DEPUTY.?????????? ???????? ?????????????? ???? ?????? ??????????!!!

    I've been a customer there since 5 years give or take I've been racially profiled since the beginning I used to have a unit there but I was told I can't have a unit there anymore because I was staying too long which was a 24-hour storage unit facility and I have 24-hour pass I've noticed people of the same color cuz the people that work inside the facility living in the back of the facility whole apartment setups TVs couches and everything within their unit and were told nothing the whole time I was there I even have video evidence of these things. So I no longer have a unit there but I still have a PO Box I've been washing my car and filling my ice chest with ice because they have a public use paying customer available ice maker and water hose I've recently been told I cannot use these things because I'm not paying for a storage unit I told them I've been here for five plus years I've always done these things and two to three of these years I haven't had a unit why are you barely telling me this and if these things are true why is it not posted on or in the facility they proceed to tell me policy change the policy changes every day apparently in the rates keep going higher seems like multiple times in a year and I'm not sure if that's even lawful they're definitely not BBB accredited. One of the managers name is Ryan he squats on the top floor with his kid and girlfriend the smokes meth. They free load there but pretend to be better than people I've tried to contact corporate or headquarters or someone that's in a higher position but have no luck getting a hold of them stuck dealing with racial profiling individuals. I would like more info on going about this the right way.
