Purchased an enclosed trailer from Fractal Trailers, ** in April ******************************************************************** May 2024. I sent photos to the manufacturer asking if theres anything they can do to repair it and remedy the issue but because I moved to another state they say that they cant do anything about it unless I bring it back or they can send me a gift card for $150. If I were to bring it into them I would be out a lot more than that in fuel and the owner said all he would do is slap some Henrys roof sealant on there to repair it. I received quotes from other trailer repair companies in my area and there prices range from $750 to $900. To me, this shows that Fractal Trailer does not stand by their product and if you move away you are on your own if you have any issues. Sad that a lot of todays businesses wont stand by their products and do the right thing by the customer.

Purchased a 2 car hauler trailer back in April and overall it is a decent trailer. Considering it was my first trailer I purchased I had a learning curve. Eventually after a few rounds of questions they stopped taking my calls. Trailer wasnt ready on promised date, winch wasnt wired properly and now trailer brakes went out while working. This was the reason for the delay on delivery. After taking everything apart I noticed the wiring was poorly installed, not to mention the wiring on the lights: I was told the installer was fired but that doesnt help me.
