    Dear BBB,I enrolled in American Tech Trucking School on the 15th of February, 2025 by depositing $1,000. The school manager, *******, promised me 45 hours of training with 2 DMV visits for $2,300.Started school on 02/16/2025, went for two hours (9AM to 11AM).Next following 2 days went for 2 hours each day. I attended school for 6 hours in total.Contacted ******* on 02/18/2025 informing him about my withdrawal from school. I had several reasons for withdrawing from trucking school which I told *******:1. I didnt think that my family situation was right for trucking (since I had to take care of my baby myself, because my mother got sick).2. Went to couple of places like, ***** and Penske inquiring about renal semi trucks and got rejected d/t being new in this industry.3. Would not be able to find a trucking job that allows me to bring my baby on the road with my mother.4. I was having trouble understanding the instructions from the American Tech Trucking School instructor ******** due to, language barrier (he was limited in his English).5. The school opened later than expected.6. I could not set my schedule/stay longer if I needed, because they had other students waiting for their turn.7. Requested for a different instructor, *****, who explained things much clearer, but my request was denied.8. I was left alone in the truck without any assistance or, monitoring for hours at a time.I would like to request the school to only charge me for 6 hours of training and refund me the remaining balance, please. I dont think its fair that they keep the full $1,000.Please, help me resolve this issue and get my money back.Thank you so much for all you do!
