    On 3/22/25, I purchased two drinks from the Better Buzz location in ******, **, before dropping my daughter off at her workplace in ********, **. The drinks included a regular mint-infused coffee with light ice and their new cucumber mate lemonade, which I wanted to try. Normally, my daughter and I visit the ***************** location, but since this store was closer, we decided to stop there on the way.The line was quite long, and we were cutting it close to her work shift, so I ordered through the Better *********** app to save time. Upon receiving the drinks, my daughter immediately noticed her mint-infused coffee was missing the mint, a key ingredient that weve always had in previous orders (verified in my purchase history through the app). She took a sip and found the drink tasted terrible. While driving, I tried the cucumber mate lemonade and experienced the same disappointmentit lacked any cucumber flavor or taste altogether.I attempted to call the ****** store, but no one answered. My daughter then called the 760 number listed online, where I left a message. I also sent an email and received a reply stating their team would respond within 2-3 business days. However, it is now 3/31/25, and I have yet to receive any follow-up from Better Buzz.This lack of communication is unacceptable and reflects poor business practices. I simply want a refund for the drinks I purchased, as I was unable to return to the store to have them remade due to my daughters work schedule. I have all necessary documentation, including email correspondence and a copy of the order, which I can provide if needed. Additionally, I sent another email to Better Buzz this morning to follow up, but have yet to hear back.
