    Paid for pathology services from this private autopsy company which took samples of my decadent brother at the funeral home Forest Lawn ************ to find out toxicology on his blood. Scammed me for my money and kept promising that it was a matter of time to get results 7/19/2023 no answer back from anyone. Called many times left messages , text them ect.

    This report was sent to ****************************** on 7/18, from our assistant here. Unfortunately the email was missing a letter. on 8/12 at 3:54 PM ****** left a threatening voice mail that she was going to file with this BBB, our assistant called back at 5:31pm on 8/12, left voice mail, I texted her later the next day that the report was emailed a month ago, and she replied she didn't get it, I confirmed the email and forward it to her on 8/14 at 12:16pm. we had also mailed a refund check to her and copy of the report, which went to her fathers address. I have notified ****** we are re-sending a refund and reports out to her AGAIN so this is resolved.
