    My intake for car did not fit my car. Product did not match picture of seller photo. I sent back a non used product with only finger prints on the chrome that could be cleaned. And they kept half my money for restock fee. This is not exceptible I would have kept it if they were going to keep half the money. And Im sure they will just wipe and resale item. I want my money

    Unfortunately the buyer returned a used item but we still approved the returned and  issued a 50% refund. Full refunds are issued when the item is returned exactly as received. Our return policy is clear to the buyer before purchasing.

    I ordered this along with some air bags for my dumpster business they arrived and the air bags were suppose to mount on my leaf springs and the item description was wrong. Thats fine mistakes happen. I sent them back and ordered different bags same issue. At this point I decide to go a different route and sent them back everything. They said they were going to charge me ***** for shipping which I thought was a joke never have I ever had that happen!! Well they receive their item and I receive my refund and they took nearly ****** of my refund. Ive been back and forth with them on email and have been dealing with someone who thinks its a joke. Poor customer service and out right scam artists. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE GUY!!! Pics to show proof.

    We have 1 transaction with this buyer and they returned a used product. They are claiming they purchased a 2nd item from ** (air bags) but we have no record of that transaction. We contact the buyer for their order number so we can resolve their claim but they couldn't show us any proof they ever purchased the additional item from **. When a buyer returns a used item or the product is returned with damage we will deduct the cost from the refund which we did with this buyer.

    I had a recent transaction thru Wcaperformance on amazon. I bought an exhaust claimed in the description to fit my car without modification or cutting. I took the kit to the shop they took apart my old exhaust in order to try fitment (because the description said it was for my vehicle) when they tried fitment the pipes did not line up properly with the exhaust because of the transfer case. Apparently it is an exhaust not designed for AWD so the description was wrong. Since the exhaust was described as the correct exhaust and i needed my car to legally pass inspection so i can drive it. They modified the exhaust and cut and welded it to fit.I contacted the seller. I sent pictures. I told the seller my physical problems with the exhaust and the mental anguish it caused me and the financial distress it put on me. But the seller was insensitive and in no way helpful. I paid **** plus 300 extra in installation I want a perfect exhaust for that price. It isnt like i paid 500 dollars. I paid big money i want some kind of rectification from it. I can obviously not let my car sit for weeks while i send the old one back and hope the seller decides to send me the right one. All the seller had to do was refund my money or send me the right fitment. ****** refuses to admit guilt. Seller says its my fault for installing it. THEY SENT ME THE WRONG EXHAUST and i didnt know until i tried fitment. False advertisement in the description. A little too late by then.
