  The NixTermite Representative came out to our house twice & also gave us their informational folders to explain the termite tenting process: what they were responsible for doing & what we were responsible for. Due to their obvious knowledge and professional behavior we signed the contract.As instructed & agreed upon, the whole house tenting was put up on Friday. It was to be taken down on Monday a.m. Their representative stressed SDG&E was not to come back to restart our gas until Monday afternoon between 1-4pm since the fumigation tent would still be up & their workers would be removing it & finishing up. That was our responsibility to arrange at least 2 days before restoration. On Sunday a.m., we got a call from our neighbor saying NixTermite was removing the tent. We then called the NixTermite ************** Representative's cell & left voice-mails. Late Sunday afternoon we received a call back from their Representative.He said they had a crew available ***************** the tent had been removed. He said we were free to move back into our house on Sunday.I would not recommend this company for 3 reasons:1) They instructed/insisted we were not to return until Monday. As a result, we had already paid for/been staying at a local ********** was too late to cancel Sunday night.2) We were left wondering if the fumigation was as effective as it could've been since they took the tent down a day earlier. It was for that very reason NixTermite had told us SDG&E was not to restore our gas service until Monday afternoon. Their representative's new/revised rationales did nothing to reassure us.3) Despite calling SDG&E >2 days before restoration of gas service was to be done, SDG&E was not able to schedule restoration until Tuesday morning.

  We are happy that your experience with our inspector/representative and found him to be knowledgeable and professional. Our goal is to ensure that our customers experience is the best possible. We apologize that our fumigation partner took the tent down earlier that expected, but as we assured you at the time on Sunday, this had no bearing on the effectiveness or on the outcome of the eradication of the termites. As for your concerns with SDG&E, as you were notified, we have no control over their scheduling and as such their only opening being Tuesday while unfortunate was not within our control. Ultimately you have the best warranty in the business, and if you maintain the annual inspection and treatment it is likely you will not have to tent again for quite some time.
