I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a significant discrepancy in the loan agreement I signed and the payment terms now being enforced. According to the loan agreement I reviewed and signed, my payments were to be $62.14 for 16 payments, totaling a payback amount of $994.00 for a $700 loan. However, after making my first payment, I discovered that the current payment schedule has drastically changed, reflecting payments of $217, with a total repayment of $3,000terms I did not agree to and that were never disclosed to **** have attempted to contact the company to resolve this issue, but each time I explain the problem, my call is abruptly disconnected. Additionally, I am unable to access the original agreement I signed, as the link now redirects to the new, unexpected payment schedule. This practice is misleading, and I believe I have been the victim of a bait-and-switch ******* a single mother of four children, this situation places a significant burden on my finances, and I would never have agreed to these terms had they been presented upfront.Initial Complaint

I was directed by a third party lender. I applied gave my instant bank verification and signed the loan agreement. I received an email at 1:36 am that changes were made to the loan I had to re sign the documents then I got a text that the instant bank verification wasnt showi deposits. My bank account is legitimate and it is in good standing I submitted the instant bank verification and then. I logged in and I was denied. Credit 365 contacted for a loan aproval and as steps ro completed the loan ,the tried to link acorns to my financial accounts and took three payments from my credit card of 10, 10, and 6 usd .I was told that no charges was applied and that acorns is a method to deposit money into my account , however after contacting acorns it is a method to take money out for investing , they suggest that I file a police report agent credit *************************************************************************************************************************************** that this is a legal procedure and I wouldn't be charged for a loan that I was receiving and this would allow me to get the loan quickly , I disputed with him but he assured me that this is a good and legal process that will help me get the loan . I specifically explained to him that I have been scammed in the past and I do not want a loan that I have ro pay for or have charges just ro get a loan and that no one is authorized ro go into my account, I have fraud prevention monitoring my account for six months because of past experiences so if this process is not legit or standard practice I do not want the loan , the agent, told me several times that I'm over reacting and had nothing to worry about and no one was trying to scam me ....I have emails that the agent kept asking me to go back in and it charged my account ....I also have their contact phone number and email , contact ************** and email and content can be provided .Initial Complaint

I applied for an Online loan. I have a checking account that is linked to my Brokerage account. Once my banking information was verified with the loan company, Jet Credit 365, All of my Broker accounts were closed with no further explanation from my Broker. My Brokerage accounts are with ********************* Having my brokerage account closed is not just an inconvenience, it is a major source of income for me. I have had my Fidelity Brokerage account for over 15 years with no complaints, no violations, no negative balances.Initial Complaint

I asked for a $500 personal loan at a $153 bi-weekly payments. I called in back in December 8th to pay it off and I was told by the rep that I owed $641 total, which I agreed to pay right away. Comes December 9th, I was charged the $641 plus another $153. Called in right away and the rep informed me that I was going to get reimbursed the $153 by Monday, December 12th. Today is December 19th and no reimbursement yet. Called in again and got transferred to their processing department in which another rep informed that she was going to call me back at 3PM to inform me the status of my case. It was almost 6pm when I called back since they never called me at 3pm as promised, talked to a rep named **** who said he didn't see any status update, that instead, he was going to call me back tomorrow (December 20th) with an update. How can someone do business like this, stay away from this company, avoid them at all costs since they are crooks.Initial Complaint

I have been a customer of ********************** over the years and never, EVER missed a payment a loan. Everything paid in full and with no issues. I recently changed financial institutions due to identity theft and forgot to update JetCredit of the change. They closed my account the day after the payment was returned. No problem, my fault for not taking the steps to inform them of the change and I take full responsibility. I reached out to JetCredit365 to resolve the debt; I was told to call the collections department?! Still I understand it was my responsibility to be on top of everything when I changed institutions, okay no problem, ****** learned. BUT...I call the collections department...EVERY DAY FOR TWO WEEKS STRAIGHT...no answer!! In fact, when I call I get an automated message that says "your call is being transferred" and then the call is dropped. This didn't happen one time, or two times....this happened every single time I called to resolve this debt. In the meantime I continue to accumulate fee after fee because JetCredit365 will not allow me to resolve the debt. There is no way to pay via the web, every rep that I talk to tells me to keep calling collections, one rep stated that a supervisor would call to assist. I asked when the call would be coming, he stated any day at any time. I emailed their support team...and was again directed to call the "collections department." I believe their is a pattern here that forces defaults of loans even if the consumer is actively attempting to resolve the debt. I foresee a long, drawn out issue with this service over a simple pay day loan that I only had two installments left on. I would advise anyone who is contemplating this service to avoid doing business with them. They are not a reputable service and their customer service is non-existent.Initial Complaint

I just gave these people my bank account info and when you call them it says press 1 and then hangs up on you! You try to log in to your account and go to forget password it says an email was sent but I've gotten nothing.. hope this isn't a scam!Initial Complaint

I gave this company my banking info for them to deposit funds into my account and after calling them, it says to push 1 to speak to a Rep., then hangs up on you. Now I know why. Sleezy a** company.
