Date of Transaction June *****, 2022 Money Being Charge - $530.50 What the business committed to provide you? I called the business to perform a yearly AC check on my home AC unit. The AC technician shook the evaporator too hard causing the drain line to break. As a result, part of my wood floor got wet and need to be replaced. I called the business to check their wrongdoing and they claim that the evaporator drain line was sitting freely in the drilled hole. The business did fix the evaporator with the drain line. However, they are charging $530.50 for parts and labor.Nature of Dispute - I want the business to pay for the floor being fixed and not pay their $530.50 charge. The business has not tried to fix the damage. They claim that the evaporator drain line was sitting freely in the drilled hole. I have done laundry numerous times and did not have any water leaking from the evaporator drain line.
