    I purchased an XPG GAMMIX S70 BLADE 1 TB SSD drive from ADATA, purchased on January 30th, 2022. Suddenly, around November 15th, 2022, the hard drive completely failed and stopped being recognized by my computer's motherboard.I submitted an RMA through ADATA's support website on 12/1/22 and shipped the device to the instructed address via **** on 1/11/23. The tracking information shows it was received at ADATA's address on 1/16/23, however their RMA tracking website states that the shipment has not been received.Phone calls to any of the numbers result in an automated response assistant where you leave a message and never get called back. They have a form on their website where you could contact someone from customer service, but the form fails when submitting and references an unspecified error.There is literally no way to contact anyone from the company and there has been nothing but radio silence from this company since I created the **** They take your money, give you an inferior product, claim a 5 year warranty on the product, and apparently just hope you never have to submit a warranty claim since it feels like that entire department is un-staffed. Like it doesn't exist anywhere but in their imagination.I paid $125 for this drive and I might as well have taken that money and set it on fire. ADATA in ******* is apparently just a shell of the Korean ********** that has 0 priority to deliver on anything. For reference, RMA# LA22120011.I am going to attempt to submit a **** insurance claim since the package was insured for $100. At the time of this writing, that seems to be the only option available to recuperate any of the initial cost. If you are reading this BEFORE you have purchased something from ADATA, I urge you to look at a better manufacturer. It might cost slightly more, but at least you won't throw money straight into the garbage.

    Hello,I'm having trouble deleting my Adata account, so I hope BBB can step in and help.According to Adata's privacy policy, it is possible to delete an account by writing to their "sns" e-mail address, which I did starting in early 2021, at least 4 times but I never got a reply. At one point, they just put me on their newsletter instead! And at another point, they deactivated my account, then reactivated it, and now I can still get Forget Password e-mails. Finally, I wrote to their *** support e-mail address a few days ago instead, but have yet to get a reply from there, either.I'm not even sure why I have an Adata account, maybe it was for a contest a long time ago? Because otherwise, I don't have any Adata products and never purchased anything from their website. That's why I didn't think it would be this difficult to remove my account.

    I filed an *** at the end of the month of October against a computer drive that never worked since purchase.This was Oct 28, cost me $33 to ship that back to them via Ground UPS.Package arrived but their computer system is not operating, it continuously says that the shipment has not arrived. After calling a suposedly **************** no, no one ever answers the phone. After several attempts I connected by chance to an Employee in the Shipping and Receiving that stated to me that the shipment was indeed received and the *** was been processed. this was the 1st week of November. The Company *** disclosure states that the **** are processed normally between 3 - 5 business days after being received.Today is Dec 15 and have not heard a single word from this company, I have left several messages in different departments and no response from anyone. I realize that they also state on the disclosure that when the item is being shipped back that they will reply via email with the Shipping information, however this is Dec 15 its been 1 month an a half and so far I do not have an update on this ***, this item was defective should have been just replaced to me and this should not have taken so long. I paid $289 for this product and I'd like to have the replacement shipped back to me ASAP. Thank You

    Hello,I purchased a computer part: "XPG 2TB GAMMIX *********" SSD from ADATA via Amazon's marketplace. The device came with a 5 year warranty. Purchase was on 11-29-2021. It failed in January 2022 and they ***'d the **** It has failed again on 10-01-2022. The device is no longer recognized in *************** or BIOS, and as such is unusable. I tried to reach out to ADATA for a warranty claim/*** again, but this time their site does not allow contacting support, and it states that: "Notice: Due to the impact of Covid-19 pandemic, EMS has suspended. Please be aware the *** you shipped to ****** will not be returned as usual." as can be seen here: https://www.adata.com/us/contact I was not able to initiate any contact with them or an ***. I received an error when attempting and waited a day and tried again with the same result. I was not able to find another way to get through to their customer support. I was also unable to find a way to get Amazon to intercede.The device is an expensive, premium product, and it is disheartening that it has failed and taken with it some of my work, not once, but twice. Even still, I originally would have wanted just a replacement, but I think a refund is perhaps more appropriate at this time.

    On December 7th 2021 I purchased an item made by this company. It was the *** GAMMIX S7 PCIe Gen3x4 M.2 **** Solid State Drive 2 TB. In September 2022 it started overheating and not working. I removed the adhesive stickers that were on it to see if that helped with heat dissipation. It did not, so I filed a warranty request. They told me that since I removed the sticker from the item that they could do nothing, to not send in the defective item as they would just send it back. Now I'm stuck with an item that does not work, less than a year after I purchased it for $185.10.
