      Made a warranty claim for a defective power supply. Paid shipping to Cooler Master, they sent me another defective power supply. It will not power two computers and it fail a power supply test.

      Purchased a power supply from this company in March 2022.On May 1, 2024 I contacted the company as the power supply didn't just fail, but smells as if it had caught fire.On May 8 I finally received a response, asking for a proof of purchase.I supplied the requested information and was directed to submit an RMA request on May 10.After attempting over the course of a full week, I was met with error 404 (page not found) and sometimes error 403.I contacted the company on May 18 and was told the site is "down for maintenance and updates". I reached out to the company on Reddit as well as by email and they refuse to provide any kind of ETA or other resolution method.All reports from other Redditors and internet searches indicate this site has been down at least off and on since 2019 (5 years ago). I've spent *********************************************************************** indication from the company that they even want to do anything. All accounts point to this being at worst a scam and at best being gross negligence.

      Have filed multiple support tickets with this company for the same issue. At some point, rather than resolve the issue, their system simply closes the support ticket. Have submitted multiple tickets over the past several months with no reasonable response from this business. Defective item still not replaced and the company has not reasonably addressed the issue on multiple attempts.

      CoolerMaster Refuses to honor their warranty through any other means even after their website does not work.
