I purchased a gas stove, heater on line from procom. The product I received was not what I ordered and the one I received had been refurbished. I have had no luck with trying to contact the company. The number for customer service just goes to recorded message, telling you to fill out a form on their website. I have done this and sent them e-mails. I have not gotten any response. I have put my credit card charge under dispute, and the credit card company has not gotten a response either. What I really want is to be contacted by the company to be able to get the correct merchandise.

I bought a wall mount LP heater a cpl ***** ago and the control valve broke. I tried to call Pro-com and all you get when you call the number they have on their site all you get is recording to email them on there site. I did that and chose the best options they offered. The site dose not have an option for parts so I chose warranty when I sent it. I explained how the control valve was broke and i needed to get a replacement. I got an email back the next day saying they would be happy to help me from ****** if i would send her my order number. They asked for it on the original form I sent but I do not have an order number, this is the 1st contact I made. I sent her an email back explaining I am making the 1st contact thring to order a part and do not have an order number to please help. I did not hear anything back for 2 days so I sent another email explaining what was going on to please help so I could get the part somehow as our heating season is starting here and I need this asap. As of now I still have not heard anything from Pro-con and I need the valve one way or another if it is not covered under warranty I will pay for it. Please help. Pro_com has a very poor way of trying to contact them when they do not answer emails and the phone number gets you nothing. Thank you. ****

      To Whom It May Concern

We were unable to locate any proof of purchase or order in our system from this customer.  However, we did contact the customer by phone on 8/14/24 to determine if there was anything that we could do for the customer at present time.  Customer was unable to easily locate purchase information and instead accepted a prepaid gift card for the inconvenience of the experience.
