    On December 7 of 2022, I contacted Raycon Industries regarding a possible warranty issue of our earbuds. I was informed that because they had been purchased just over a year ago, that they were out of warranty. The customer service representative named ******* asked if I would like a 30% off discount code to purchase a new pair. I replied immediately and asked for the code. I received no reply. I followed up 6 times within the first few months of 2023 and never once received a reply back. In December of 2023, exactly one year later, on December 7 2023, I went to the Raycon website with the intentions to replace the broken earbuds from the previous year as a Christmas gift. When I did not completely my transaction right away I was contacted via text by a customer service representative named **** asking if I had questions. I took the opportunity to ask about the discount code I had not received from the previous year. I sent screen shots of the original email and she indicated that she would look into it and get back to me later that day. When I didn't hear back by the next day I followed up to which **** informed me she had not heard back from her team yet. Since that conversation on December 8 2023, I have exchanged over 80 text messages with Raycon Industries to no avail. I have been told "sorry" and "thank you for your patience" more than 30 times. In my most recent conversation with a different representative whom did not identify themselves by name I was told to send an email to customer service to create a ticket. In previous conversations with ********** was told that creating additional tickets would delay the service process. We absolutely love the products and have had several good experiences with service and warranty replacements in the past, and that is why we had chosen to be repeat customers, but at this point with a service department that has drastically declined and products that haven't lasted more than 18 months we have chosen to file this complaint.

    The subject complaint and product are not associated with Raycon Industries in ****, **********. The earbuds are a totally different company with no relation to Raycon Industries. Raycon Global is the appropriate entity to file your grievance.
