      With this being the first time I bought a home I was nervous and overwhelmed. I had no idea what the process involved. Thankfully ***** was there to help me. Excellent customer service!!! From start to finish it was made so simple and easy! ***** took the time to explain everything to me. He walked me through each and every step. Also kept me updated as soon as any new information was received. No matter how many questions or concerns I had, I could call or text any time and would receive a fast response. ***** makes you feel like family from the first conversation! The *** is very user friendly and easy to upload and view information. 10/10 experience!! I will definitely be referring anyone and everyone! Thank you so much ***** for everything!

      The American Financial Network team lead we worked with was *****************, we also worked with *******************************, ****************************************************************** The entire team was excellent with responsiveness and professionalism. *** was uncompromising in his belief to get us into our dream home. We are first-time buyers who; purchased new construction, had no real estate agent, and overcame the obstacles of the current markets. *** was Mr. ********** for us the last few months. He communicated every time we needed to know something, he didn't mislead or try to force us into something that wasn't best for us. Multiple times he was researching the BEST POSSIBLE loan for our family needs. We had an experience with another lender who kept trying to force our business so much but they weren't focused on what was in our best interest. *** walked me to everything, multiple times if I needed it, and he never made me feel like I was a nuisance. We are homeowners now and wouldn't be here if it wasn't for *** and the AFN team walking us across the finish line.Although *** was the lead point of contact the other members of the team were an echo of that experience making sure they were very attentive to all the fast paced changes happening in the market and what we needed to fulfill to execute the loan. Very grateful for the entire AFN experience.
