    As I was called for an interview there was a gargantuan amount of shadiness. They do not explain the pay details correctly. They lead you to believe one thing and then once youre in their office, they have you. When I started, I didnt find out that they hold your salary until day 2. this job is a pyramid scheme. They do not appreciate their workers or employees. They use them to make money for themselves with zero transparency communicated throughout the interview process about the pay. Their job is to keep you closed out of the pay details until you start making money. I would not recommend anybody working for this company.. once I found out they lied to me multiple times I left. Not only were they lying to me about how to receive commission they did not pay me out the commission I earned while I was working for them. On the recruiting side, the recruiters job is to keep key elements out of the conversation to leave it out of site and out of mind. They also get mad when you ask questions about how youre getting paid. 100% worst company *** worked for.. the attrition is horrible.. Their turnover is pretty high. They do not care about your time or your life. They are only in it for themselves and how they can manipulate their employees. Please do your research and do not fall into the same trap that me and six others did. I wasnt the only one who left after my first week. They lie to customers and get them to sign up to **** to get their phone bill cheaper only for customers to find out a month later that theyre paying double. Its a SCAM that started out in ****** and Im going to do everything in my power to make sure they dont do business anywhere near me. This company is atrocious, no structure, dismantled, and a Ponzi scheme. It is not a job or anything even close to a career. DO NOT LET THEM FOOL YOU!!!
