    This company has horrible customer service. I have spent hundreds on shower products, however, if there is a mistake like on my order they do not respond to emails. I have tried now for four months to get either a refund or the products that were missing from my order and have had no luck. Would not recommend this company.

    After spending $400 on shower head supplies, I fully regret doing it. These people can't even process a simple transaction. Their system has made a mistake and I'm the one who has to deal with the consequences. Try reaching out to their so called customer service. They're happy to let you go and not resolve your issue. Whomever *** is, needs a huge ****** on customer service. I will be changing my shower heads no matter what the loss is. Who the h*** do you think you people are wasting people's time and not offering anything to fix the issue except canceling my order. All because their system miscalculated $2.50. I would've been happy to pay that rather than deal with your so called solutions.
